NFL Flag Football is back!
Pendleton Parks and Rec will be running this co-ed program open to boys and girls aged 1st – 4th grade. This 7 week no-contact introductory program will teach kids the basics of catching, throwing, formations, routes, and defensive skills that will directly transfer to tackle football all in an approachable atmosphere where kids can learn to play without the aspect of physical contact.
Teams will practice twice a week starting the week of September 15th with games taking place Saturdays starting on October 6th.
