Pool Facility Assessment
For the City of Pendleton Parks and Recreation Department
The City of Pendleton Parks and Recreation Department is conducting an informal qualification based selection process for a consultant to complete a facility assessment for the 50m and dive pools at the Pendleton Family Aquatic Center. The 50m and dive pools at the Pendleton Family aquatic Center were opened to the public in 1963, and have served thousands of visitors every summer since. The City is seeking an unbiased evaluation of the current condition of the pools.
See attached document for scope of work and other considerations.
Budget:
The budget for the project is set at $15,000. Consultants responding to this proposal should include a statement affirming they can stay within this budget for the services proposed.
Deadlines
Applications should be received by mail or email no later than 3pm July 16 th 2026. Our pool closes to the public August 23 rd . We would like an initial on-site inspection while the pool is still running, if additional work needs to be done after the pool is drained for the season this is acceptable. We would like a completed assessment by November 1 st 2026.
