PLEASE NOTE: Beginning January 1, 2026, the City will be updating its contractor prequalification process. Contractors who already hold a valid ODOT prequalification will no longer be required to submit the City’s prequalification application.
Instead, contractors will simply need to provide a copy of their current ODOT prequalification approval at the time they submit a bid for any City project.
