The Municipal Court serves as the judicial branch of the City government. It handles violations of City ordinances, State laws, and traffic offenses issued by the City’s Police Department in Pendleton.

*EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1ST, 2023-Pendleton Municipal Court will be a court of record.  All court proceedings will be audio recorded*

**Pendleton Municipal Court is currently transitioning to a new computer software system, with the new system scheduled to go live in October 2026. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT ANY PAYMENTS DURING THE FOLLOWING TIMEFRAME(S): OCTOBER 13TH BEGINNING AT 3:00PM THROUGH OCTOBER 19TH AT 8:00AM.

You will not be penalized for not being able to make a payment during this timeframe.
