Purpose of Request for Qualifications:
The City of Pendleton, (City) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) the purpose of which is to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from capable marketing and advertisement firms to represent the Eastern Oregon Regional Airport (EORA) and the Pendleton UAS Testing Range (PUR).
