Blasting Operations in Pendleton set for Tuesday, Sept. 23

Update: Blasting postponed until 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 24

American Rock Products will be performing blasting operations at their Westgate Pit in the 3700 block of Westgate on Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2025. Operations are expected to begin around 4 p.m. 

Pedestrian and vehicular traffic may be restricted in the blast area during blasting operations, and visitors and residents nearby may hear the blast or feel minor ground vibrations.
