City of Pendleton Venues
Community members can reserve 24 different Pendleton Parks and Recreation properties, including shelters at multiple city parks. All parks shelters include picnic tables, and multiple include charcoal barbecues, power outlets or other amenities with restrooms and play equipment nearby. The 40,000 sq. ft. Pendleton Convention Center includes customizable spaces for multiple events. The Main Hall boasts room for everything from conventions to elegant weddings - or an NBA-style basketball court that seats up to 1,700 fans. In addition to the Main Hall, the Convention Center includes nine flex rooms, the Happy Canyon Room lounge area and on-site catering.
The Pendleton Recreation Center is home to a variety of our recreation programs. The Rec Center includes the Helen McCune Gymnasium, the gaming loft, and meeting spaces. Birthday Party Packages are also available.
Located beneath the Helen McCune Gymnasium, the Foundation Room is a large, open space with an electric fireplace ideal for meetings, receptions or special events. The Foundation Room also features a bar area and full kitchen.
The historic Vert Auditorium is the home of the Oregon East Symphony and also available for booking. The Vert Auditorium seats up to 800. The Vert Community Building includes The Vert Auditorium, The Little Theater, The Clubroom, and The Vert Garden.
Within the Vert Community Building, the Clubroom provides space for small- and medium-sized events, including receptions, birthday parties, and dinners. In addition to three pools, concessions, and locker room facilities, the Pendleton Aquatic Center offers multiple shelters for rent.
