Pendleton Public Library invites qualified proposers to submit written proposals to enter into a contract with Pendleton Public Library to create and customize a Mobile Library.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) document may be obtained at 502 SW Dorion Ave, Pendleton, OR 97801. The RFP is also available on the City’s website at http://www.pendletonor.gov under “Request for Proposals.
Emailed proposals must be clearly marked “Mobile Library Proposal” and shall be submitted to Jennifer.Johnson [at] pendletonor.gov (Jennifer[dot]Johnson[at]pendletonor[dot]gov) no later than 2:00 p.m. local time, February 25, 2026. Proposals may be delivered via E-mail. Late proposals shall not be accepted. Mobile Library shall be operational by September 1st, 2026.
