City Hall & Library Closures - Winter Holidays

Pendleton City Hall and the Pendleton Public Library will be closed Tuesday, Dec. 24; Wednesday, Dec. 25; Tuesday, Dec. 31.; and Wednesday, Jan. 1, for winter holidays.
