The City of Pendleton Fire & Ambulance Department is accepting applications for a Grant Funded Mobile Integrated Health Professional to provide patient-centered, in‑home and community-based healthcare. This role focuses on improving access to care, reducing unnecessary emergency visits, and supporting overall wellness through assessments, chronic disease monitoring, post-discharge follow-up, medication review, and connections to community resources. Candidates must hold an EMT‑Paramedic certification or RN license, have 1–3 years of EMS/Firefighting experience, and be able to work independently while collaborating with healthcare and community partners. This is a grant-funded position with standard weekday hours and occasional overtime or emergency callouts. Requires valid driver’s license and ability to pass a criminal background check. The wage range is $25.50-$48.28 per hour DOE and certifications plus excellent benefits.
