Public Works Department, Utility Worker - C&R

The City is accepting applications for a Utility Worker position in the City of Pendleton’s Public Works Department, Construction and Repair (C&R) Division. Requires: a Commercial driver's license; working knowledge of operation of power equipment, including tractors, mixers, loaders, etc.; working knowledge of tools, methods and materials used in street, water, and sewer construction and maintenance; ability to skillfully and safely operate from light to medium equipment; ability to perform semi-skilled maintenance and construction work; ability to follow oral and written instructions; ability to keep simple operating records; ability to work cooperatively with others; and ability to perform strenuous tasks in all types of weather.
