Neighbors for a Better Pendleton submits letter to Pendleton City Council

A community group, Neighbors for a Better Pendleton, submitted a letter to Pendleton City Council proposing a "Formal Request for City Council Action on Homelessness Coordination and Enforcement Measures"

This proposal was presented to Pendleton City Council during the meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 19. 

Due to public interest, we are releasing this letter to the public. 

Information on public testimony received during that meeting will be included in the meeting minutes once those are finalized and approved at the Sept. 2, 2025, City Council meeting.
