Each April 1 Resolution charges for Service Connection Installation Charges, Temporary Services, Water Fill Stations, Meter Removal / Reinstallation, Payment of Charges, Cross Connections, and Tampering or By-Passing Service shall be adjusted by an amount equal to the year to year percentage change in the Engineering News Record (ENR) Construction Cost (20-city average) Index as of December of the preceding calendar year.
Sewer
Each April 1 Resolution charges for Septic Waste and Fats, Oil, Grease (FOG) and Resource Recovery Facility Lab Fees shall be adjusted by an amount equal to the year to year percentage change in the Engineering News Record (ENR) Construction Cost (20-city average) Index as of December of the preceding calendar year. The billing rate will be the adjusted rate rounded to the nearest $0.05.
Street Maintenance
