**PLEASE NOTE: The court clerks are not able to answer the phones while they are in court.  Please leave a detailed message and we will return your call as soon as possible.  PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE FINANCE OFFICE. If you are calling regarding a criminal matter and you have an attorney, please call your attorney.

Office Hours:

Monday- out of office (court in session)

Tuesday- 8:00am-5:00pm

Wednesday-out of office (court in session_

Thursday-8:00am-5:00pm

Friday-8:00am-5:00pm

Municipal Courtroom Hours:

Monday- 08:15AM

Tuesday-No Court

Wednesday-Jury & Bench Trials (first two Wednesdays of the month, walk-in matters are not permitted); Arraignments (last two Wednesdays of the month)

Thursday-No Court

Friday-No Court

In-custody matters can be held daily, with adequate notification of the parties involved.

Municipal Court is held on the second floor of City Hall, which is located at 500 SW Dorion Ave.  There is no longer access to City Hall through the back door off of Emigrant.  All customers need to enter the building through the main entrance of City Hall.
