Sealed bids for the WWTRRF 2025 IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT – WEST SECONDARY CLARIFIER REHABILITATION will be received by the City of Pendleton c/o Jeff Brown, Public Works Director, 500 SW Dorion Avenue, Pendleton, OR 97801 until 2:00 pm local time on the June 25, 2026, plainly marked “WWTRRF 2025 IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT – WEST SECONDARY CLARIFIER REHABILITATION”. All bid documents shall be submitted in hard copy. Electronic or e-mailed submissions shall be rejected. Bids submitted after the above-specified date and time shall not be opened.
Public bid opening will be available via Teams or at the Community Development Department at City Hall, same address as above, at 2:00 pm local time, June 25, 2026. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting, including a site visit, on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, from 12:00 to 1:00 pm local time at the Waste Water Treatment Facility, 4300 SW Houtama Rd, Pendleton.
