Sealed bids for the 2026 Slurry Seal Project will be received by the City of Pendleton c/o Tim Simons, Community Development Director, 500 SW Dorion Avenue, Pendleton, OR 97801 until 2:00 pm local time on the 5th day of March, 2026, plainly marked “2026 Slurry Seal Project”. All bid documents shall be submitted in hard copy. Electronic or e-mailed submissions shall be rejected. Bids submitted after the above-specified date and time shall not be opened.
Public bid opening will be available via Zoom or at the Community Development Department Conference Room at City Hall, same address as above, at 2:30 pm local time, Thursday, March 5th, 2026.
