The City of Pendleton Requests Proposals from experienced Construction Manager/General Contractors (CM/GC) for the construction of Pendleton Fire Station 2 Seismic Rehabilitation Project.
The project scope includes seismic strengthening for the City of Pendleton Fire Station 2. The building portion in scope consists of an approximately 3,400-square-foot, two-story building containing a large single-story apparatus bay adjoining a two-story living area of offices, meeting rooms, and sleeping areas. The building was originally constructed in 1971 and consists of under-reinforced concrete masonry unit (CMU) walls and steel frames with flexible diaphragms. The intent is to strengthen the building to an Immediate Occupancy (Seismic Risk Category IV) seismic performance level.
A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on June 23, 2025, at 11:30 AM (PST) at Pendleton Fire Station 2, located at 1200 Southgate, Pendleton, OR 97801.
