The City of Pendleton is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide janitorial services for the following City facilities:

  • Pendleton City Hall
  • Pendleton Fire Station No. 1
  • Pendleton Police Department

The initial contract term will be one (1) year, from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with the option to extend the agreement for up to three (3) additional one-year terms, subject to mutual agreement. 

The scope of work includes routine janitorial services at all three facilities. Services shall be provided five (5) days per week at Pendleton City Hall and the Pendleton Police Department, and one (1) day per week at Pendleton Fire Station No. 1.

Proposals will be received by the City of Pendleton, Attn: Rocky House, Facilities Manager, 500 SW Dorion Avenue, Pendleton, OR 97801, until 2:00 p.m. (local time) on August 6, 2026. Proposals must be clearly marked: "RFP – Janitorial Services – Pendleton City Hall, Fire Station No. 1, and Pendleton Police Department." Proposals may be submitted in hard copy to the address above or electronically via email to rocky.house [at] pendletonor.gov (rocky[dot]house[at]pendletonor[dot]gov).

Proposal documents may be obtained from the City of Pendleton Public Works Department, 500 SW Dorion Avenue, Pendleton, OR 97801, for a non-refundable fee of $25.00, by calling (541) 966-0240, or on this page below. Review copies are also available through the Public Works Department. Proposal documents will be available through 5:00 p.m. on July 31, 2026. The City of Pendleton reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
