Sealed bids for the North Main Grind and Overlay Project will be received by the City of Pendleton c/o Tim Simons, Community Development Director, 500 SW Dorion Avenue, Pendleton, OR 97801 until 2:00 pm local time on the 19th day of March 2026, plainly marked “North Main Grind and Overlay Project”.   All bid documents shall be submitted in hard copy. Electronic or e-mailed submissions shall be rejected.  Bids submitted after the above-specified date and time shall not be opened.

Public bid opening will be available via Teams or at the Community Development Department at City Hall, same address as above, at 2:00 pm local time, Thursday, March 19, 2026.  Contact the Community Development Department at 541 966-0203 or keri.standley [at] pendletonor.gov (keri[dot]standley[at]pendletonor[dot]gov), 541 966-0240, for the Teams link.
