City staff will be recommending City Council award for the above-referenced project to Premier Excavation, Inc. on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.
Sealed bids for the SE Rees-Goad Way Extension Project will be received by the City of Pendleton c/o Tim Simons, Community Development Director, 500 SW Dorion Avenue, Pendleton, OR 97801 until 2:00 pm local time on the 20th day of November 2025, plainly marked “SE Rees-Goad Way Extension Project”.
This Project shall include the construction of approximately 7,000 LF of City standard curb and gutter, 38,500 SF of sidewalk, 4,750 TONS of asphalt, 2,600 LF for storm sewer pipe, 16 catch basins, 7 storm sewer manholes, 2 storm water detention ponds, 4,500 LF of utility conduit, 3 transformer vaults, 8 street light bases, 95 LF of 12” water main and 6” fire hydrant assembly with associated valves, and other associated work. Earthwork has been estimated at 2,250 CY of fill.
