City staff will be recommending City Council award for the above-referenced project to Bolen Construction, LLC in the amount of $231,550.00 on Tuesday, April 15, 2025.
The purpose of this project is to remove and replace existing manholes and sewer line crossing over Tutuilla
Creek, located South of the Interstate 84 Right-of-Way, West of Exit 209, and 0.10 miles East of the I-84
Umatilla River Bridge. The project will include (1) 48” manhole at 4’ in height with an offset flat top, ring, and
locking lid, (2) 48” manholes at 16’ in height with offset flat tops, rings, and locking lids, 131 linear feet of CL50
D.I. 8” Pipe, (11) 8” offset pipe clamps, and (2) sanitary manhole inside drop bowls and PVC pipe. Work shall
also include all required removal and installation of manholes, piping, site restoration, dewatering, and sewage
by-pass.
Addendum #1 extends the Bid Opening Date to April 3, 2025 and 2:30 pm.
Addendum #2 addresses the Right of Way and Traffic Control Plan from ODOT
