Water Filtration Plant Gas Heating Unit Install

Work to be performed shall include the furnishing and installation of a new Ventilation Direct 500,000 BTU

direct fire make up air unit. The unit must be controlled by thermostat controller and indoor room temp

sensor. The unit must connect to existing high voltage electrical and to existing duct openings. The

Contractor is responsible for the removal and disposal of the existing heating unit. The unit must be designed

for 100% outside air. All necessary mounting equipment and supports to connect to the existing ducting

shall be included in the price. The unit must be assembled/brought in separate pieces due to the accessibility

where the old unit is located. Must provide equipment to lift/install heating unit. All material, labor, and

permits must be provided to complete the work above.
