The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch for the Umatilla River, including Pendleton. Water levels on the Umatilla River, east of Highway 11 and Tutuilla Creek, and Tutuilla Creek are expected to peak around 11 p.m. tonight. No significant flooding is expected at this time, but the City is monitoring water levels. Crews have reviewed their flood fight plans, and citizens who live along these streams are encouraged to make plans for high water.
