The deviated fixed route bus system runs two routes (NE and SW) through town, 11 times daily on weekdays (excluding holidays). Riders may ride the bus for free. The Walmart shelter is the connecting stop between the two route loops. The bus passes by the hospital, medical offices, Blue Mountain Community College, and several Pendleton School District schools, including Pendleton High School. The Let'er Bus system connects to both Greyhound and Kayak Public Transit systems and has a flag stop at the Eastern Oregon Regional Airport. It is free to ride the fixed route bus.
Bus routes may change due to inclement weather, and the bus runs on a special schedule during the Pendleton Round-Up.
