The Taxi Ticket Programs include two taxi ticket voucher programs, one for seniors and one for individuals with disabilities, to provide rides within Pendleton and the Urban Growth boundary. The City also provides rides to participants who live within seven driving miles of the City of Pendleton boundary and do not live within another transit provider agency's boundary. The taxi service provides rides seven days a week between the hours of 5 a.m. and 10 pm. The service is provided to citizens 60 years of age or older or disabled individuals. The participants pay $2 per one-way ride. Limited tickets are available dependent on grant funding and are distributed among all participants on a semi-annual basis. Taxi Tickets are sold by the City’s contracted transit provider, Elite Transit Services, 541-276-6476
Applications for the Taxi Ticket program are also available online as both an online webform and a fillable PDF.
