The Umatilla County Law Library is housed in the lower level of the Pendleton Public Library.
The Law Library consists of resources in both, print & digital formats.
Print Collections
The print collections include the following:
- 2023 Oregon State Statutes (2025 coming in January 2026)
- NOLO Legal Subject Books
- Tribal Law Books
Digital Resources
The digital resources available to the public include:
- Westlaw by Thomson Reuters (State & Federal Cases)
Printing
Patrons can print legal forms from the Oregon Judicial Department's website, free of charge, under the following conditions:
- 100 pages max per day
- No duplicates (only the first copy of a form is free, you must pay for additional copies)
- Must be for personal use (can't print legal forms for your job)
Legal forms from other states do not count, unless library staff gives you permission prior to printing the forms.
